Reveal® Mattress Recommendation System by XSENSOR is changing the way retailers sell mattresses. The system is also good for consumers to purchase right mattresses for them. The system provides more profits and satisfied customers! It increases closing rates, grows the margins of sellers, increases store traffic and reduces returns. Retail customers gain real-time insights and unbiased recommendations of an appropriate mattress category for their body type, providing information which helps them to be confident that they have found the right mattress. REVEAL maps body surface pressures with over 1664 sensors showing an image called a ‘ComfortMap,’ revealing pressure points on the customers’ body that can be relieved by the right mattress. The technology provides the customer unbiased information, and then can be shown the selection of mattresses that best suit their body and sleep position, or in a manufacturer’s case, can show how their mattresses out-perform the competition.
