Stating that they also supply after sale and spare part services, Levent Saglam, proprietor of the company says that they establish very solid and lucrative relations with the customers, never end after the sales. He also pointed out that Saglam Machinery was unprecedented he said they would continue with no compromise. An interview with Mr. Saglam follows:

Could you please tell us about yourself briefly?

I was born in 1963 in Izmir. I studied accounting. My late father retired from Singer in 1978 and opened a small machine repair shop. I began to work with him and then improve myself quickly and now we provide sales and technical service of many world brands. Honesty and integrity are always our main principles.

Could you please give us information about Sağlam Makine?

Our company founded under the name of Sağlam Servis in 1979 in Izmir and provided technical service and spare parts for many years, took the title Sağlam Konfeksiyon Makinaları San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. in 1996. Then started to import many different sewing machines and their spare parts.

Sağlam Makine, in subject of purchases, sales, service and spare parts, has been expanding each passing day with its innovative and progressive identity. Our company, who implemented fully ”absolute customer satisfaction”, provides service to customers in various sectors with the principle of honesty and integrity.

With which products you serve for the bed sector?

Our company serves many different brands of quilting machine, Beckmann side border machines, Pfaff, Dürkopp, Adler, Brother, Yamato, etc. and provides spare parts and technical service of them.

Could you please give us information about representatives?

We provides sales, spare parts and technical service of  many brand’s as Brother, Yamato, Pfaff, Dürkopp Adler, Beckmann. And customer satisfaction is really important for us.

How was 2013 for your company? And what are your plans and targets about 2014?

In 2013, many manufacturers made investments in our country and abroad. I think that this will continue in 2014.
