Ruba a wide array of “Steel Wire” ranging from 1,10 mm to 5,00 mm diameter with different qualities, chemical compositions and tensile strengths for Mattress and Spring Manufacturers. “Steel Wires” are manufactured according to TS 2500-1 EN 10270-1 STANDARD. “Steel Wires” are coated with phosphate in order to resistant against to corrosion.

SPRING AND SPRING SYSTEMS

“Comfort of spring”

Ruba has  “BONNELL SPRING”, “BONNELL SPRING UNIT” and “POCKET SPRING UNIT” for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers.

“Bonnell Spring” according to TS-7167 STANDARD for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers. The Height of “Bonnell Spring” can be manufactured from 75 mm to 170 mm with 4-5-6 spins. Head diameter of “Bonnell Spring” can be manufactured from ø70 mm to ø96 mm with steel wire diameter from 1,90 mm to 2,45 mm. We apply heat treatment on “Bonnell Spring” in order to prevent sagging.

FOAM

Ruba hasmany different types of foams as elastic, tough, ultra tough, soft, plume, hyper soft and memory with different range of densities, thicknesses, dimensions and colors for mattress and sofa manufacturers.
