Özdemir Group Expects High Visitor Turnout at IBIA Expo

Özdemir Group: “We expect an intense inflow of visitors to IBIA Expo 2024”

Özdemir Group Sales Marketing Specialist Şeref Özdemir said that they expect an influx of visitors to IBIA Expo.

Stating that potential buyers are turning to alternative supply areas due to the high freight prices in China and the recession in the global industry, Mr. Şeref said that Türkiye is an ideal alternative market and will be efficient for buyers in terms of both quality and price. Özdemir predicted that IBIA Expo 2024, which is organized in such a period and is still a young fair, will be flooded with visitors and added that the trade volume of the fair will be high.

Could you tell us about your general predictions about the exhibition before IBIA Expo 2024?
“Our preparations before the IBIA Expo 2024 exhibition continue at full speed. We expect an intense influx of visitors this year. As you know, the high freight prices in China and the global recession will lead customers to look for new suppliers, which is possible through fair visits. I believe that IBIA Expo will fulfil this need in the global industry.”

What are your expectations from the exhibition as Özdemir Group?
“As Özdemir Group, our expectations from the exhibition this year are that potential customers in the target countries will visit the exhibition and a good commercial volume will be achieved at the exhibition. As Özdemir Group, we want to be in this commercial volume and write many orders.”

Do you have any advice for the fair management or a request from the management?
“It would be in our favor to include more foreign participants in the fair. Bringing giant companies from America and Europe to the fair and using the references of these companies will lead to both the further growth of the fair and the expansion of the customer portfolio of Turkish companies.”
