Nova continues to grow in 2015

Established by Aydın Group, Nova Sünger draws attention with rapidly increasing capacity, product range and market growth.

Having grown around 30% last year, Nova has been leaping forward for the past three years. The current product range of the company includes a wide variety of polyurethane foam, mattress wire, industrial steel wire, straightened and frame wire, bonnel spring and spring systems, pocket spring systems, micro pocket spring systems, silicone fiber, zigzag spring systems and medical pillows. Attaining a strong market position in current product categories, Nova serves globally. In order to achieve sustainable growth, Nova has been investing heavily since late 2014. The company increased wire drawing capacity by 50% and more than doubled the capacity of bonnel and pocket spring production. The Steel Group of the company currently exports to 56 countries and continues to increase its presence in international markets.

The growth in Nova is not only limited with the Steel Group. There has been massive change in the polyurethane foam group as well. The company invested in new cutting machinery and automated lines to double its production capacity. Nova’s Foam Group is currently serving eight different industries and continues R&D activities to better serve its customer base. The company also became a member of the EUROPUR (European Association of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Blocks Manufacturers) in the past month. Nova is also a regular participant in the industry exhibitions such as Interzum Guangzhou, ISPA NOLA and EVTEKS.
