Newtech: Our target in 2023 is 30% capacity increase

New Tech Company Owner Abdullak Akgöz conveyed his goals and investment plans for the new year.

Akgöz, explaining the investments they plan to make for 20232 and the commercial potential they aim to realize for Sleep Tech, stated that they aim for an increase of 30% in terms of both employment and machinery production and that they work in this direction. Abdullah Akgöz, stating that they export to 30 countries, said that they want to increase this number to 40 in the new year.

Our goal is to export to 40 countries

We export to 30 different countries in 5 continents. We can list our foreign trade marketing activities as the communication we constantly establish with customers by organizing marketing trips, the fairs we attend abroad and at home, and the advertisements we give over the internet. We have also been actively using social media lately. We have already set our export target as 40 countries for 2023. If we can reach the target figures, we will increase the export share of our sales from 90% to 95%.

We aim to produce 65 machines annually.

We are producing state-of-the-art machines that will facilitate the production of mattress manufacturers. They are Multi-needle quilting machines, single and double-needle quilting machines, mattress edge closing machines, automatic gluing for mattress manufacturers who want to go into mass production and production lines with conveyor system working in sync with it, mattress packaging machines, which are the machinery group that machinery type has increased most recently. Three different roll packaging machines are produced based on the need for the roll packaging machine, which is a trend in this group. We produce semi-automatic roll packaging machine for small and medium-sized companies, fully automatic roll packaging machine for medium and large-sized companies, and finally, the folding fully automatic roll packaging machine special large-size mattress manufacturers preferred.

Our average annual production capacity of the machines in the group of machines I mentioned above is 50. By 2023, we aim to increase the capacity to 65 machines with the expectation of 30% capacity increase.

We are aware of the importance of fairs for export

As company, we decided to participate in 4 fairs in 2023. Three of the fairs are abroad, and one of them is IBIA EXPO 2023, organized by the IBIA Association, of which we are a member. We are aware that the fairs are very important especially in terms of increasing export. With this awareness, we will complete our fair preparations accordingly and realize our participation. With the help of the fairs we will attend, we hope to reach our targets for 2023 and perhaps take a step forward.

As NewTech Makina, our policy is to continuously improve our R&D, innovation and production line in order to provide better quality products and services to our customers. We develop machines in terms of software and mechanics, and make them more compact and faster. In this context, it provides space and time advantages to mattress manufacturers. We are aware that capacity increase is inevitable if we reach the figures we target for 2023. In this context, we plan to increase employment by 30% and to purchase machinery depending on employment.
