Hazal Gençtürk, Founding Partner of Luda Yay, one of the important mattress spring suppliers of Turkey, shared her expectations and predictions about the fair with our magazine before the ISPA EXPO 2022 Fair, where they will be a participant as a company.

Ms. Hazal, defining the ISPA Fair as the most prestigious fair in the industry, predicts that more participants will be included in the 2022 fair due to the cancellation of the previous fair.

Regarding the importance of the fair, Gençtürk saying “With over 190 exhibitors, it is the perfect place to follow current developments in the sector, gain new perspectives, and establish long-term connections. The fair is making a common meeting point for long-distance markets, allowing suppliers to increase business volume and acquire new customers” determined the expectations from fair as a company by saying “America is our top priority market; our expectation from Ispa Fair is to strengthen our relations with our customers with whom we work regularly, to increase our business volume and to develop new commercial and social relations with new customers.”

Expressing that the US market has a great importance in the sector, Gençtürk stated that the main point to be considered is not to lose the aura of the fair and to ensure its continuity. Hazal Gençtürk, referring to the cancellation of many fairs in the past two years and the resumption of fairs with the loss of the effect of the pandemic, gave the following sentences on the subject: “Fairs are invaluable tools for seeing the latest products in the industry, discovering new ways to develop businesses, and examining new generation equipment. Due to the increase in this awareness in Turkey in recent years, more intense participation in the fair provides a visible output to the suppliers. Of course, that the technology is developed and accessibility is easy in virtual environments are very valuable. However, in order to establish long-term business relationships, we should never give up on one-to-one communication and empathy, which is our most basic human ability. If we consider the material factors, the shortest way to reach the maximum number of people and therefore the demand at the same time is through the fairs.”
