In 2009 the company moved its plant to the new location, in Saray/Tekirdag, where they have a closed area of 30,000m2 and an open area of 40,000m2. The head office has been located in Tekstilkent /Istanbul since 2009.
“Being the first felt producer in Turkey we have many years of experience in felt production and nonwoven industry. With our 7 production lines and 7 processing lines we have a huge capacity of felt production and are one of the biggest felt producers in Europe and the biggest producer in Turkey,” said an official of Şiteks. “In Siteks we use all kind of recycle synthetic and natural fibers (textile remnants) and chemicals and produce all kind of felts for various industries in the weight-range between 200-3000gr/m2 and from 2mm to 50mm in thickness and in cutted sheets, rolls and 2D die-cuts. We are also capable to add self-adhesive on our felts. The hardness and softness of the felts can be arranged according to their end use areas by using various fibers and combinations.
“We serve European, Middle Eastern, African, South American and Russian markets.

“In 2013 we were able to increase our revenue almost 25% which is a great success for our company.
