Elit Core Machine, production started

Having been producing in China for ten years, Elit Core Machine company started to construct CNC machinery in Turkey in 2015. Saying that Turkey is becoming a growing center of attraction for the mattress industry, Erhan Aksu, a partner of the company, informed about their company, products and activities.

On the history of the company Our firm started to produce machinery for foam and mattress making in Guanzghou, China, in 2005. Later on, our products were proliferated in line with demands of customers. In 2015 our Chinese partners and we decided to import CNC machinery in Turkey and started production. We supply several machinery and automation systems demanded by manufacturers in mattress industry, including the cutting, sewing and packaging machinery. On production facilities and capacities We have two sites for manufacturing, one in China, a 10 thousand sqm factory, and the other is in Turkey, having 1 thousand sqm space for production. We are able to produce about 130 machines either large or small annually. As known, technical details of machinery are more important than their sizes.

On the differences between production of mattresses in Turkey and in abroad Our country is a huge market for supply industries because and is a valuable and attractive center in the world. Besides our industrialists and entrepreneurs are working with both amateur spirits and professional approaches in management. In short, I can say that, Turkey has potentials and opportunities for producers.

On export markets and targeted countries Besides Turkish market we supply to Chinese customers. Turkic republics, Germany, England, Scotland, France, Holland, Belgium, the USA, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Africa and Arab peninsula are our export markets. Raw materials and other inputs for manufacturing are procured from sources in Turkey, EU countries and the Middle East.
