Deep and quality sleep experience with aromatherapy
Comfytex introduced innovative mattress fabrics such as “Passiflora” at IBIA Expo. Can you give information about the features of this product and its contribution to the sector?
“Passiflora was developed to offer a deeper and better quality sleep experience by reducing anxiety through aromatherapy. It provides a relaxing effect to the user thanks to the natural aromas of herbs such as lavender, tea tree, clove, lemongrass, cedar and thyme. It also helps the sleep phase to pass more efficiently with its massage effect. This innovative approach to improve sleep quality makes a difference in the industry and supports users’ sleep health.”
Can we get detailed information about the projects you announced under the title “We Support the Renewal of the World for a Sustainable Future”? What are the environmental impacts of these projects?
“At Comfytex, we see sustainability as a responsibility, not just a trend. Our Repreve fabrics are produced from recycled materials and offer solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save water and energy. In addition, we continue our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and make our production processes environmentally friendly within the scope of the green transformation projects we carry out with AGU (Abdullah Gül University).”
Future textiles with Borofen: Lightness and strength
Can you give us information about your collaboration with SUNUM (Sabancı University Nanotechnology Center) on borophene textile applications? What are the contributions of this cooperation to your products and the sector?
“Borophene is seen as the material of the future with its high strength and lightness. Within the scope of our collaboration with SUNUM (Sabancı University Nanotechnology Center), we have developed a borophene-added mattress fabric. This material increases sleep comfort with its temperature balancing and antibacterial properties, while bringing an innovative perspective to the sector.”
What about Comfytex’s production capacity and the countries it exports to? Are there any new markets you have been exporting to recently?
“As Comfytex, we have a monthly raw material processing capacity of 1 ton. Our domestic and international sales are increasing rapidly, and we continue to expand our global network by opening up to new markets.”
There is a great transformation in the textile industry, especially with the impact of sustainability, digitalization and new technologies. As Comfytex, with which strategies do you plan to reinforce your leadership in the sector during this transformation process?
“We are increasing our investments in digitalization and sustainability in order to adapt to the transformation in the industry. We increase our efficiency by integrating automation systems in production processes. We also aim to increase our competitiveness by developing innovative and environmentally friendly products through our R&D activities.”
As Comfytex, which projects are you planning to realize in the coming period? What are your company’s short and long term goals?
“In order to strengthen our branding efforts, we aim to have more say by signing important projects in the global market. In addition, we continue to work with our R&D center for technical textile studies.”
Technological development through strategic collaborations
Are there any new collaborations or partnerships you have recently realized as Comfytex? What are the contributions of these collaborations to the company and the sector?
“Our collaborations with Universities and Industries and our R&D center allow us to conduct in-depth research on the effects of textile products on sleep health. These collaborations not only provide our company with the opportunity to develop innovative products, but also contribute to improving sleep health by accelerating technological developments in the sector. In this way, we aim to consolidate our leadership in the sector while providing consumers with healthy living standards.”
Which investments does Comfytex plan to make in digitalization and automation in production processes? What are the effects of these investments on your company’s production capacity and efficiency?
“We continue our continuous improvement activities with Kaizen and 5S projects. Within the scope of our digitalization investm ents, we aim to make more efficient and faster production by expanding automation systems in our production lines.”
Can you inform us about the sustainability certificates or awards you have received recently? How do these achievements strengthen Comfytex’s position in the sector?
“We are increasing our prestige in the sector thanks to our efforts in the field of sustainability. We are recognized on many international platforms for our innovative eco-friendly production processes and use of recyclable materials.”
Fast adaptation with ERP and Digital Marketing
How did you adapt to the digitalization process in the textile industry? Can you give information about the steps you have taken in the field of e-commerce?
“By rapidly adapting to the digitalization process, we aim to use the opportunities offered by technology in the textile industry in the most efficient way. By developing our digital marketing strategies, we aim to reach international customers in the global market faster and more effectively. In addition, by integrating our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, we manage all our business processes centrally in a digital environment. In this way, we are able to make faster and more accurate decisions in areas. The data integration provided by ERP allows us to direct our digital marketing activities more effectively and improve the customer experience. These steps both increase our work efficiency and reinforce our competitive power in the sector in the digitalization process.”
What are Comfytex’s marketing strategies to strengthen its position in the global market? What kind of strategy do you follow, especially in the process of expanding into new markets?
“As Comfytex, we follow a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen our position in the global market and increase our brand awareness. We establish direct contact with the sector by participating in national and international fairs, strengthen our relationships by making customer visits and aim to reach large masses by actively using digital marketing channels. However, our greatest strength lies in revealing our difference in the sector with innovative works in our R&D center. Our R&D team is in a constant search for innovation to develop advanced products that shape global trends, focus on customer needs and are designed in line with sustainability principles. Our design team, on the other hand, generates works that will challenge the competition in the sector in every collection.
