BOYTEKS, Turkey’s 10th on branded export, continues to grow with innovation

Among the activities of Boydak Holding in the textile sector, Boyteks, an important mattress ticking and upholstery fabric manufacturer of Turkey and the world, has been continuing to grow successfully in and outside Turkey by selling the innovations it has done in industrial textile with its own brand.

Aim of the company, which recorded 10 percent growth in the export field last year, is to be the first preferred brand in the world. Boyteks Vice General Manager in Charge of Sales and Marketing, Onder Honi said, “We are continuing to grow successfully with our successful business strategies we constantly pursue since the establishment of our company until today, our adaptation strength to the rapidly developing and changing world, our effective sales and marketing strategy.

Our ‘Boyteks’ brand products have become number one choice of mattress and furniture  manufacturers in more than 90 countries. Boyteks was among the biggest 100 exporters of Turkey last year. In addition, we were one of the top-10 firms in Turkey’s branded export. We will continue to be our country’s pride in this field”.

Boyteks, operating with its bedding factory established in 2002 in Kayseri, upholstery factory established in 2003 and carpet factory which started production in Kayseri in 2011 actualized a growth of over 20 percent last year. Indicating that they plan to realize their targets for year 2015 and to increase their share in the export pie, Onder Honi said their biggest aim is to make Boyteks a world brand. Underlining that they are meticulously continuing their works in line with this aim, Onder Honi said, “We are making breakthroughs with our innovations in the textile sector, our customers are very happy about these innovations, besides the increase in their sales and turnovers their company images are changing towards being an innovative firm, our competitors are following us very closely, we are facing many copying situations.  Boyteks innovations made overwhelming impressions in the passing months among the exhibited products at ISMOB which is an important fair for our customers.

We are participating in international fairs every year with three of our companies and we are exhibiting our R&D products and getting together with our customers. We are increasing our technological leaps even more with each passing day.

Our mattress ticking factory is a facility that has the largest production capacity under one roof in the world. This facility of ours is not letting go of the first rows of the list in its sector with its jacquard woven and knitted production”.

Mentioning that their aim as Boyteks is to offer a concept service in their field, Onder Honi said, “We want consumers to find everything under the name of mattress ticking, upholstery fabric and carpet from us. Currently we are answering the knitted, woven, spacer, piping, 20 velour and toweling fabric needs in our mattress ticking facility. We are meeting upholstery fabric, warp knitting, outdoor fabrics, office furniture fabrics and velour needs in upholstery, and we carry fashion and aesthetic to home decorations within Turkey and abroad with carpet”. New fabrics, all different then one another, we developed in our mattress ticking facility for comfortable and high quality sleep arepresented to consumers by bed  companies who are our customers by adding their own innovations and they are attracting very big attention. He indicated that they would continue to

bring technical textile, innovation and technology to classic sleep products.
