Alfabed exports quilts to the Balkans and the Caucuses

Founded three years ago, Alfabed sells 2,500 meters of quilted products abroad daily. General manager of the company Osman Yuzuak introduced his business.

Brief history of the company

Our experiences during the last three years in the industry have shown us that mattress-manufacturing business is a continuously growing market. Quilted materials are one of the major elements of end products. We have been successful by now, because we produced variety of products by cooperating with our buyers in our efforts of product development. Our company exports it products to Caucuses and Balkan countries. In 2015 we will increase our share in these markets. We have a factory of 1,000 sqm that produces 2,500 meters of quilted products daily. We have also enough machinery to produce more.

On importance of quilts in beds

Quilted parts of the beds are the make-up of end products. The outlook of the bed is important so it must have aesthetic and impressive values. Sure, the quality of materials used in quilts is also important.We have developed a rich list of patterns in our catalogue. Some of them are of our customers and some are our own design. There are about a thousand choices of patterns and our motifs database of the machinery. Our machines are able to produce tang and jump kinds of quilts. Bed industry has flourished fast during the last decade, as our company did. With compatible machinery that are suitable for innovative processes, we have been a successful supplier for several companies. In 2015 we plan to expand our market coverage and market shares.
