Rozipek Opens World with Nanna Brand

With its 20 years of experience Rozipek produces complementary products such as zipper, buttons, narrow band for textile industry. Preferring domestic materials for production the company aimed to build a brand for export markets. The owner of the company Halil Boyoglu introduced his company.

How long you have been in the industry?

Rozipek was established in 1997 by employing an experienced staff to supply the textile industry. We have been % 95 successful in our efforts. As my understanding there is nothing that is impossible to do in Turkey. Having dependable sources and teams is important. We have a zipper factory shared by our partners. Besides we have two shop for accessories production and one shop for button manufacturing. They are somehow autonomous producers supplying our trade. We have annual contracts with them.

What does your company produce for the mattress industry?

With our experience we produce special products on the order of our customers. Zippers, buttons, narrow bands, stoppers, metal buckles and accessories, leather products, beads, hand made beads, special zippers holders are our major categories. All products may be produced with special logos on them.

On export markets

All our products are produced in comply with European and world standards and tested accordingly. We produce on demand, and we also export our products on demand. First we send our samples, then we deliver ordered products to our customers in abroad. Presently we deliver our products to Middle East, Eastern Europe, Germany, France and Rumania, Bulgaria, Egypt, Russia and the US.

General comments

Problems in the world economy have caused some problems in our industry as well. We try to overcome these by having qualified labor and by expanding our machinery inventory. We aimed to built a sound and sustainable base in world markets with our Nanna brand.
