Drawing attention especially with the steps it has taken in sustainability and energy efficiency, the company continues to make a difference in the sector by strengthening its R&D processes. For 2025, Tefa Machine plans to participate in both local and international fairs, and aims to take more place in the European market in exports.
We interviewed Sefa Küçük, the owner of Tefa Machine, to gain insights into the company’s innovative production approach, R&D efforts, and strategic goals in the sector.
Faster and more economical machines
Can you give information about the innovative machines that Tefa Machine has developed recently? What are the advantages of these machines in the sector?
“Our machines become solution partners to our customers with faster and more economical prices. Thanks to our user-friendly designs, we facilitate and accelerate production processes in the industry.”
The latest systems in energy efficiency
Your website emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency. As Tefa Machine, what are your studies and targets in this field?
“Our machines are equipped with the latest systems in energy efficiency and operate with very low voltage emissions. In this way, we both reduce the costs of businesses and offer more environmentally friendly production processes.”
Participation in international fairs is increasing
For 2025, are there any fairs and events you plan to participate in and what are your expectations from these organizations?
“We will participate again in the IBIA Expo to be held in Istanbul. In addition, we aim to participate in the fair to be held in Cologne, Germany in the coming period. We want to strengthen our brand by reaching more customers in the international arena.”
What about Tefa Machine’s R&D processes? What kind of strategy do you follow for the development of new technologies?
“We expand our product range every year. We aim to produce 50 different machines in the next five years. Our R&D studies are designed to increase the production speed in the sector and ensure the continuous development of our machines.”
Digitalization and automation investments continue
What is the role of digitalization and automation in your manufacturing processes? What are the investments and changes you have realized in this field?
“We have various projects on digitalization. We are building our automation systems on simpler and less complex structures. In order to keep up with the changes in the industry, we are working to adapt the design of our machines to different forms at low cost.”
How do you integrate customer feedback into your product development processes? What steps do you take to ensure customer satisfaction?
“Our customers’ feedback is very important for us. We shape our product development processes in line with their guidance. In this way, we can offer better solutions by constantly updating our machines.”
Export target: European market
As Tefa Machine, in which countries do you aim to increase your effectiveness in the international market and what are your export strategies?
“We aim to increase our effectiveness in the European market. As of now, we export to 45 countries and we aim to increase this number even more.”
What do you think about the developments and trends in the textile machinery sector? How do you plan to respond to these changes?
“The textile machinery sector is updated every two years with new models and innovations that make the user comfortable. As Tefa Machine, we provide convenience to our stakeholders with our own R&D studies, especially in the mattress and cover production sector.”

2025 targets: To produce 50 machines
Finally, what are your targeted innovations and growth strategies until 2025? How do you plan to adapt to the developments in the sector?
“We are moving towards our goal of producing a total of 50 machines in the next five years. By adapting quickly to innovations in the sector, we will both increase our product range and continue to offer the best solutions to our customers.”
