Gemba Machinery, which has been operating in the mattress machinery sector for many years, moved from Kayseri to Bursa in 2024 with a big change. This strategic step, the foundations of which were laid with an office opened in Bursa four years ago, was completed by moving the company’s large-scale production line to Bursa. The company, which now carries out all its production and commercial activities based in Bursa, has further strengthened its innovative role in the sector with this move. Kazım Sezerkan, Owner of Gemba Machinery, stated that moving to Bursa is a transformation point for the company and said, “This step once again confirms our determination to maintain our innovation line in the sector.”

Focus on R&D and technology in 2024
2024 was a year of technological transformations for Gemba Machinery. The company focused on developing fully robotic systems and artificial intelligence-compatible machines to minimize errors caused by the human factor and increase efficiency. 2025 goals: Bigger, more innovative
Gemba Machinery also has big targets for 2025. The company plans to triple its production facilities in Bursa by the beginning of 2025. In addition, it aims to make a difference in the sector by developing new machines that complement the bed production processes.

Gemba Machinery’s export policies will also reach a new line in 2025. The company, which is already widespread in Europe, aims to expand to the Americas and Africa with new strategic plans. Kazım Sezerkan stated that their export targets are very big and that they focus on growth in these areas.
