Robatech: Our primary goal is to respond to customer demands by following innovation and technology

Hakan Tanrıöven, Robatech Turkey Sales Manager, explained Robatech’s vision and targets for the new year.

Tanrıöven, expressing that their biggest priority in the new year is to respond quickly to customer demands, as always, underlined that they will not compromise on sustainability and will follow technology in this process. Tanrıöven, stating that they will always be in the right place at the right time to respond to customer demands, also emphasized that they will make new investments to increase their production capacity. Mr. Hakan, touching on the importance of the fairs, stated that they had a very successful IBIA EXPO 2022 Fair held in October last year and that IBIA EXPO Fair had an important role in completing the 2023 targets.

Despite global problems, we achieved double-digit growth

First of all, as Robatech Tutkal Teknolojileri, we achieved double-digit growth in 2022, which we are about to leave behind, despite the macroeconomic and financial difficulties the whole world encountered. We came before our consumers with a constantly developing and growing product range. Apart from these, we participated in the IBIA EXPO 2022 Mattress Sub-Industry and Technologies Fair. We had a very successful fair process. At the fair, we had the chance to contact with our existing customers and meet new business partners.

Green Gluing for a sustainable and bright future

Our primary goal for 2023 is to reach our customers at the right place, at the right time, and to respond to their demands in the best way possible, without compromising on sustainability, by following innovation and technology. Knowing our customers in the mattress industry better and adding the necessary innovations and renewals in our product range in line with their demands constitute one of the main objectives of our 2023 production planning. We will continue to enrich our portfolio of gluing solutions for the mattress industry with a wide range of new product lines in the coming period. We will continue to develop products that will support the generalization of energy saving culture by offering new generation products and technologies for a sustainable and bright future. With our Green Gluing motto, we are striving to take our responsibility in this area in all processes. In order to ensure energy and natural resources to be used more efficiently, Robatech will continue to make a difference in the sector in 2023 with its energy and glue-saving gluing solutions.

Sharing information with other companies producing glue

We will continue our trainings without interruption in order to implement and generalize the innovations, which are in the world about gluing solutions, in Turkey. For the next year, as in the last year, we will have organizations where we will share information about innovation with glue companies producing and selling glue. Beside this, trainings on our products will be organized for our customers from different sectors according to their needs.

5000 square meters of new production area

In 2022, we purchased a 3000 m2 land from the “Alikahya Organized Industrial Zone” located within the borders of Kocaeli province. We will start the construction of a building with a maximum usage area of 5000 m2 on this land in 2023. Currently, the design and drawing works of our building are being carried out by the architectural firm. In our new building, we will continue to provide high quality service to our customers with our demo center, training and showroom areas equipped with more complex and wide variety of machines.

Turkey’s leader in service quality

Another constant goal of ours is to keep our leadership in our sector in terms of technical service quality and speed in Turkey. With the support of our staff on a regional basis, we will provide strong, fast and qualified technical support to our customers all over Turkey as always.

The contribution of IBIA EXPO is very great in realizing our goals.

We are planning to come together with our customers from the mattress industry at the IBIA EXPO 2023 Mattress Sub-Industry and Technologies Fair. We highly evaluate the contribution of the IBIA EXPO Fair in achieving our goals in the Mattress Industry.
