The company’s growth plans continue with manufacturing plants in both the United Kingdom and USA, enabling them to significantly reduce lead times globally and offer more competitive pricing.

The award winning and patent pending Posturflo has breathable mesh, which regulates temperature and allows the mattress to stay cool. This has seen significant interest in countries with warmer climates and is available in all standard mattress sizes for the international market.

This year Spinks Springs are significantly investing in an in-house wire drawing facility, which will help the company in their innovation and development of new products and provide the opportunity to supply wire to other spring manufacturers. This investment is in conjunction with the construction of a large number of additional Posturfil type machinery to accommodate the growing demand for the product.

The Spinks Inside sub-brand has been developed to allow customers who wish to promote the use of quality, innovative spring products within their mattress constructions. Swing tickets and sewn-in labels are available for use as point of sale providing the customer with the full features and benefits of the technology within the mattress.
