Unimet continues its innovations in the sleep technologies

Started its operations on mattress and mattress technologies in 2005, Unimet attaches extra importance on mattress technology for increasing sleep comfort.

Considering the fact that one third of humans is spent in beds Unimet aims at developing the sleep comfort and to contribute to this important factor by adding aesthetics to the sleep comfort and to offer opportunity of a comfortable sleep with the products of latest technology. Pointing out that their specialty in mattress is mechanisms, Mr. Sahin Kantekin, General Manager of Unimet underlined in an interview he granted to Sleep Tech Magazine that they made a great deal of investment for this and they focused the R&D studies on the mattress technology. Could you please outline us about Unimet?

Since 2005, Unimet Metal has been making production according to the needs of the sector in accordance with an innovative line combines quality and comfort with developing different lives.

Which mechanisms do you produce for the mattress industry?

Enhancing mobility with providing ease of bedding Athena, adaptable to all dimensions; Easy, with ease of bedding and small volume; Profile Iron Short Mechanism and their accessories.

How important the mechanisms you produce for the mattress production?

Technical details are very important at adjustable bed mechanisms. Also the strength and continuity are important. Mechanisms are the skeleton of adjustable beds and therefore they are very important.

Could you mention some of the works that you realize for increasing sleep quality?

People are spending serious amounts of money to increase the comfort of sleep. With this in mind, we are increasing the level of product and doing R&D works.
