From one fair to another

Once again in 2013 Interzum, we were together. There were about 50,000 visitors from 148 countries for trade. As exhibitors, Turkey was the third one with 101 companies after Germany and Italy.

This year there was a slight increase in number of visitors compared to 2011, but visitors were characterized by their high quality and international mix. A clear rise of visitors, particularly from Asia, North America, and Eastern Europe, was seen at Interzum. And also there was very high customer frequency on all fairs day.

Turkish companies are very satisfied with Interzum 2013. We, as Turkish companies, got large quantities orders and had a very good business interviews. We came to end with very good results with Interzum. We expect that in the coming days we will turn these interviews into orders and sales. Turkey has a strong mattress industry. Our sector is growing day by day. Fairs are one of the most efficient places to accomplish penetrating new markets and to capture these developments.

The mattress production sector started flat in 2013. Interzum was a good opportunity for us to capture positive activity. The vitality of the mattress sector will increase further with coming summer days.

One of the next most important fair for mattress industry will be Sleep Well Expo, yet designed specifically to serve business to business – buyers and sellers.

Attendees will discover the opportunity and unmatched efficiency, new product offerings and exciting trends in the mattress production sector. Sleep Well Expo will definitely be an exciting venue to see, compare and cover the latest innovations in machinery, equipment, supplies and service of the mattress industry.
