DAHMEN Textilmaschinen GmbH from Germany was the first in Europe to develop and built multi needle quilting machines. The CHAINTRONIC 4 in combination with our brandnew PANELMASTER ULTRASONIC. The CHAINTRONIC 4 is now DAHMEN´s new flagship for multineedle chainstitch quilting machines.
The mattress and bedding industry is exposed to significant international competition. Productivity and therefore unit cost control are key to financial success. Therefore, DAHMEN put emphasis on developing its CHAINTRONIC to offer a true oneman operation machine. Increase of productivity, completely reengineered control with continuous movements on all axes, an additional servomotor for the reverse bar, top material tubs instead of bars, easy and toolfree lock systems for paper rolls and a toolfree adjustment for the press plate even during quilting are only some examples of the many features that come with every CHAINTRONIC to make it very easy and comfortable to operate.
The machine can be connected to the Internet for remote diagnosis and online help. Also the pattern range is impressive. “Quilting sharp 90° edges or perfectly round circles is not an easy task. Many competitive machines cannot do that because the mechanics and the computer controls are not properly laid out. With our CHAINTRONIC the customer will be excited about the quilting results. Even quilting of several layers of foam, latex and wadding is not a problem including tackandjump” says Dr. Ringhut.

With the new development of the PANELMASTER ULTRASONIC DAHMEN offers now a serious alternative to a standard mattresspanel sewing and cutting machine. No thread consumption anymore during cutting and closing all edges and very easy to maintain.
